Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Tenancy Enforcement and the ASB and Crime and Policing Act 2014.
• Up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment.
• A full UK driving license is essential.

• Complete full case management for cases.
• Engage with customers to build trust.
