Job summary

A leading electrical distribution company is seeking an HV Control Commissioning Engineer to support the commissioning of new RTUs and Switchgear. The role offers a salary of £54,166 per annum, a bonus of 3%, and various benefits including a pension plan and additional leave. Qualifications

• Experience working within commercial electrical engineering or for a distribution network operator.
• Minimum of City and Guilds 2304 Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• An understanding of the distribution network, especially at HV.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient commissioning of new RTUs and Switchgear.
• Ensure RTU commissioning is completed to correct engineering and safety standards.
• Provide commissioning and automation services to the Control Systems team.

Skills

Experience in commercial electrical engineering
