Hub Manager (maternity)

Required for March 2026

Salary: NJC Scale S01, Points 23-28, £31,698 - £36,042

39 hours per week term time plus 5 working days in the holidays

Are you confident and empathetic, passionate about ensuring that students of all abilities achieve their best outcomes? We are looking for an organised and efficient manager to support the work of our department. The successful candidate will oversee day to day running of The Hub managing students accessing interventions or students not in lessons who are working in The Hub.

The successful candidate will work alongside our Assistant SENCO and our Director of Inclusion, ensuring our students access appropriate support to meet their full potential. They will lead on all Reboot programmes following alternative to exclusions (ATE) and exclusion or as a preventative before such issues. A qualification in SEND provision is desirable though not essential as training will be given to the right candidate. Knowledge and experience of working with outside agencies would be an advantage.

Applicants should have experience working with children. Some management experience is desirable but not essential. They should have the ability to inspire others, be decisive and ensure impact. A capacity for sustained hard work is vital.
