A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an HR Adviser to provide first-line HR advice and support in employee relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly within an FM environment, and strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. This role includes advising on HR policies, managing disputes, and supporting line managers with compliance. Join us in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace while enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Salary: up to £40,000 + Car Allowance
Working Hours: 0800 to 1700

To provide professional first‑line advice to managers and employees in relation to employee relations, conditions of service, application of the law and Company procedures. Be the HR focal point for the advice and guidance of HR processes and procedures to ensure they comply with current legislation and to support the HR Business Partner/contract line managers as required.
