• Strong knowledge of UK employment law required.
• Experience managing employee relations cases without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.

Skills

Experience in an operational HR Manager role

Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Managing employee relations cases independently

Support payroll and HR administration

Comfortable in a lean HR environment

Education

CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification
