Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 A' levels or equivalent, combination of education and experience.
  • CIPD Level 3 in People Practice or actively working towards completion.
  • Previous HR experience is essential across various disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exercise sound judgment and retain confidentiality.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence for regional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Support provision of HR dashboards and monitor HR metrics.
  • Review HR processes and implement efficient solutions.
  • Monitor performance management processes and appraisals.
  • Maintain employee files in compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage HR operations and transactional activities.
  • Assist with employee engagement and diversity initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of new hires for smooth transitions.
