A large public sector organization in Antrim is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide administrative and data processing support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and a strong understanding of data integrity. Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a long-term temporary role with a large public sector organisation in Antrim? MCS Group are recruiting a HR Advisor who will provide administrative and data processing support. You will be great with systems and data, providing essential support for the development and implementation of HR systems.
You will support with system administration, generating reports, routine maintenance and data reconciliation. You will ensure data integrity and functionality, ensuring data is accurate and accessible, distributing reports to internal stakeholders. You will provide support to Managers regarding system functionality, HR policies and leave.
You will assist with minor system troubleshooting by liaising with vendors on system issues and tracking issue resolution. You will provide first line support to employees and managers for self-service modules handling queries over the phone and by email. You will also provide administrative duties such as taking minutes and diary management.
Duration: until 31/6/26
Location: Antrim
Pay: £16.90 per hour
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
