JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required, and assist with analytics that drive HR-decision-making
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with HR tech
  • Provide compliance and policy support and assist with audits and documentation.
  • Assist with training and development including record management and logistics of mandatory training
  • Provide general HR support and respond to employee questions and direct to appropriate resources
  • Organize HR correspondence, create visual products (Newsletter, Flyers) and assist with events
Qualifications
  • Degree or Certification in Human Resources preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
