Job summary

A leading not-for-profit housing association based in Manchester is seeking a Scheme Manager. This role involves providing a high-quality housing management service, offering tenancy advice, promoting independent living, and managing low-level anti-social behaviour. The position is temporary for up to 6 months with a salary of £25,374 pro rata, and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Qualifications

• Must have numeracy and literacy equivalent to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Experience of working with older people and understanding their needs is essential.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenancy advice to residents.
• Promote independent living and facilitate activities.
• Report and monitor repairs and compliance tasks.

Skills

Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths

Experience working with older people

Ability to work alone and manage workloads

Good interpersonal and customer care skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications

Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
