Qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a related subject.
  • Understanding of current housing issues and social housing.
  • Experience of working in policy, performance or complaint management.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with an ability to switch between tasks.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to plan own work.
  • Ability to understand complex issues and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the work of the Housing Services team.
  • Lead on the research and development of strategies and policies.
  • Collect robust and accurate data to monitor performance.
  • Administer the complaint handling function for the Housing department.
