Compensation & Contract

• Act as the final authority on bedroom standards, deciding when a room is acceptable.
• Set the tone for guests’ visits and ensure that high standards are maintained above and beyond expectations.
• Lead and support the housekeeping team, delivering quality service that keeps guests smiling.
• Support internal development and progression to a HOD position within Malmaison.
