Salary: £12.70 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high quality housekeeping service, whilst showing care and commitment to having a positive impact on our residents’ lives. You will work with a team, all who want to make our residents comfortable in their home.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clean and safe living environments for residents.
  • Assure proper maintenance of resident rooms and common areas.
  • Support residents with assistance where appropriate.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards set by the facility.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with care staff to best meet resident needs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience not essential; training provided.
  • Motivated, caring, and enthusiastic with genuine interest in supporting older people.
  • Strong communication skills and flexible approach.
  • Respectful of residents’ dignity and comfort.
  • Ability to work within a team and support colleagues.
Additional Notes

We may require an overseas police check for applicants who have lived or worked overseas. Costs will be reimbursed once employment commences.
