A leading insurance provider in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Household Claims Handler to oversee a portfolio of claims, with a strong focus on customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in handling property claims, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail. This role involves managing claims from start to finish while providing reassurance and support to customers. The position offers a full-time permanent contract with various employee benefits, including a comprehensive wellness program.
Location: Tunbridge Wells hybris (3x per week in the office)

Salary: up to 30k depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
