Job summary

A local healthcare organization is seeking a team member for a food service role within a community-driven environment. The applicant will be responsible for preparing and selling food and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service. Qualifications

  • Customer service experience face to face and via the telephone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to monitor and collate data efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene measured by Level 2 in food hygiene.
  • Health & Safety at work knowledge.
  • Awareness of food allergies and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and sell food and drinks for patients and visitors.
  • Deliver a high-quality catering service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Caf.
  • Monitor and collate customer feedback.
  • Oversee volunteers and delegate tasks.
