• Proven experience managing live construction sites and working with main contractors.
• Strong technical knowledge in building fabric or mechanical and electrical works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing sub-contractors and site-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and cost control measures.
• Manage site mobilisation in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders for project delivery.
• Conduct final inspections and manage snagging.
