Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (ideally working towards Chartered). Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and current SPS.
• Demonstrate understanding in all areas of financial advice including investments, pensions, personal tax, estate planning, and protection.
• Continuing Professional Development up to date, meeting CII/IFS minimum CPD annual requirements.
• Experience delivering advice via video meetings and over the telephone.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a holistic financial planning service to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding to assess clients’ circumstances.
• Establish and regularly review clients’ risk profiles.
• Meet agreed annual targets for new business income.
• Work collaboratively with support teams to ensure efficient advice delivery.
