Job summary

A leading HGV maintenance provider in the UK is seeking two experienced Technicians to join their new facility in Hixon. The Technicians will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining both LCV and HGV vehicles. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance or equivalent, along with strong diagnostic skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on both LCV and HGV vehicles.
  • Qualified as an HGV Technician or similar role in vehicle maintenance.

  • Perform diagnostic checks and fault-finding.

We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of fleet solutions, including servicing, repairs, compliance management, and emergency support, ensuring vehicles stay on the road and businesses keep moving.

We are opening a brand-new, fully equipped LCV/HGV repair and maintenance facility in Hixon and are looking for x2 experienced Technicians who can repair both LVC & HGV to join our team and to start mid-January.

Hours:Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on LCVs and HGVs
  • Perform diagnostic checks and fault-finding
  • Preparing for MOT’s
  • Conduct inspections to required safety standards
  • Electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair and installation
  • Ensure all work meets compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on both LCV and HGV vehicles
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance or equivalent or proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role in vehicle maintenance.
