Healthcare Assistant – Outpatients

Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital | Buckhurst Hill IG9 5HX | Outpatients | Bank | Department opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am - 9pm Saturday 8am – 2pm varying shifts within these hours as required

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients at The Holly Hospital, you’ll bring relevant experience, a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach. You demonstrate patience, focus and excellent communication skills. A real team player, you have the diligence, IT literacy and passion for development and training to make a difference. You will be an experienced phlebotomist and will have used your skills in a work setting. NVQ level 3 and previous work experience as a HCA are essential!

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients, you will:

• Assist colleagues in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and GP Services
• Enjoy more time to care for patients as individuals
• Manage a wide range of activities and changing priorities
• Make sure the day-to-day operations of our various clinics run smoothly
• Assist consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care
