Health Safety & Wellbeing Advisor – Anglian Region

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen the SHEQ team in our Anglian region. The role will involve day‑to‑day SHEQ duties and contribute to the management and development of the regional management team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) advice, guidance, coaching, and support to Project Teams.
  • Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety.
  • Conduct HSW site visits, including inspections, advisory visits, and engagement visits.
  • Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on‑site briefings.
  • Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects.
  • Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance.
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership.
  • A valid CSCS Safety Professional card.
  • Strong communication and people skills – trusted, respected, and supportive.
  • A full UK driving licence for site visits.
