Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, HSE guidance, and CQC requirements.
  • Experienced in risk assessments, audits, and incident investigation.
  • Experience working across multi-site environments—ideally retail or healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Health & Safety agenda across all retail, clinical, and support settings.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide Health & Safety policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes.

Education

GradIOSH or CMIOSH membership (preferred)
