• Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles, ideally within transport, logistics, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial health and safety systems, legislation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Health and Safety Advisor on all Health and safety matters at the Hornby site.
• Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety practices.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to integrate safety into daily processes.
• Provide technical guidance to improve workplace safety.
• Help coordinate safety training, inductions, and awareness programs.
