Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Fitness, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid & CPR.
  • Working With Children Check, NSW Police Check, and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire fitness staff, including group fitness coordinators, instructors, and personal trainers.
  • Oversee group fitness and studio operations, ensuring timetables, instructor management, and class performance drive participation.
  • Champion operational excellence, maintain safe and welcoming fitness spaces.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with university stakeholders and sports clubs to expand engagement.
  • Support marketing initiatives to boost visibility and retention.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture across all programs.
