Join to apply for the Head of Statistics role at Coronado Research.

This is a new opportunity working directly with a partner hiring for this position.

The role involves overall line management of the team, onboarding, monitoring, performance assessment, and development of team members. It also includes overseeing non-client activities, supporting internal projects, and acting as the main employer branding contact for HR/Marketing.

Preferred background includes HTA, Registry, Epidemiology, or clinical trials statistics.

*Note: This is primarily an on-site role requiring 3 days per week in the office.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Manage onboarding, monitoring, performance assessment, appraisals, promotions, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and training needs. Establish and monitor the line management structure. Manage onboarding and off-boarding of personnel.
• Non-Client Activities: Lead training, mentoring, onboarding, internal projects, company meetings, and support HR/marketing/scientific/employer branding initiatives. Identify and deliver internal projects such as macro development and AI implementation.
• Employer Branding: Act as the main contact for HR/Marketing regarding employer branding efforts.
• Support for Statistical Project Managers: Assist with proposal costing and development.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in statistical team management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred experience in CRO or consultancy.
• Experience with project management and internal project delivery.
• Familiarity with employer branding and HR/marketing support.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and remote settings.
