As our Head of Revenue Management, you will lead the strategic revenue optimisation for Travelodge’s extensive estate, overseeing a multi-layered team responsible for performance across circa 620 hotels. Reporting to the Revenue Strategy and Trading Director, you will drive market share growth through sophisticated forecasting, pricing excellence, and system adoption. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping both tactical and long‑term vision, requiring a collaborative approach to influence cross‑functional partners and embed high‑performance standards across the entire organisation.

As a technical expert, you possess advanced proficiency in Revenue Management Systems—ideally IDeaS—and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making. You are adept at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, utilising test‑and‑learn approaches to refine best practices and system configurations. By combining technical excellence with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners in Sales, Digital, and IT, you will ensure the revenue function remains a central pillar of the organisation’s long‑term success.
