Head of Product

As Head of Product, you will own the link between vision and execution. The role combines structured product thinking with hands‑on coordination across design and engineering. You define what gets built, why it matters, and how it gets delivered without unnecessary process or noise.

You will work directly with founders and technical leads to turn strategy into product direction. Success in this role comes from judgment, clarity, and consistency, not speed for its own sake.

Responsibilities

• Translate company goals into actionable product roadmaps.
• Define, scope, and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Write concise, implementation‑ready product specifications.
• Coordinate design, frontend, and backend teams to keep delivery aligned.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain forward momentum.
• Gather feedback from users and internal teams, and convert it into clear improvements.
• Keep product documentation simple and current.
• Ensure shipped work meets functional, quality, and timing expectations.

Requirements

• Experience managing digital product lifecycles from concept to release.
• Strong understanding of software development (Laravel/React or similar).
• Ability to define priorities under constraints and communicate trade‑offs clearly.
