Job description

We’re looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to join and further strengthen our global airline partnerships team. You will work with major airlines and other partners in APAC to identify growth opportunities and drive them through to execution. This role suits a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives on complex challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do
  • Raise Dohop’s profile in target markets and sectors, building a network of key regional stakeholders
  • Help support the development of our regional growth strategy, providing insights and recommendations that support commercial goals
  • Manage the sales pipeline, focusing on closing high-value deals and driving sustainable growth
  • Nurture and optimise existing airline partnerships, establishing Dohop as a trusted advisor
  • Lead commercial initiatives with internal teams to strengthen strategic partnership models
  • Work closely with stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure partnership opportunities are prioritized
  • Monitor and analyse commercial performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to support roadmap delivery
  • Drive best practices and knowledge sharing across the partnerships team
  • Support partnership efforts in other regions as needed

  • Established network of airline contacts in APAC and deep regional knowledge
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships

  • Comfortable managing own time remotely and travelling internationally at short notice
  • University degree or relevant certifications preferred
