Qualifications

• 5+ years of music programming, music supervision, editorial, or A&R experience.
• 12+ years full time experience in music supervision at a film studio or TV production house.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Thorough understanding of India music business and music rights management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee music supervision for productions across multiple languages.
• Read scripts and coordinate with stakeholders for music assessment.
• Recommend key music hires as per script requirements.
• Manage music budgets, talent deals, and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
