From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Head of Large Value Underwriting to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Head of Large Value Underwriting, you will set the standards to evaluate, analyse, and approve large value credit proposals, and the approach to revisions to underwritten transactions. You will maintain the portfolio quality through a consistent level of credit risk assessment ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
You will have underwriting authority across all core origination channels including banking partners, accounting partners, vendor partners, brokers, and direct to customer relationships.
The role holder will be expected to be a core voting member of Transactional Credit Committee (TCC) and will hold the highest personal underwriting mandate in the credit function and will be a member of Credit Committee.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office (Newport or London depending on your location.)
