Overview

Head of IT – London - £85k to £100k. An Infrastructure Manager or Senior Systems Engineer is required by a growing investment management business to head up their IT function. You will either have managed an IT environment or worked closely with someone who has and be ready to take the step up. The role involves analysing the current environment – network, hardware, applications, security, etc. – and agreeing an effective strategy with the C-Suite to enable the business to move forward more efficiently and to grow organically and through acquisition. There are four country offices on two continents, so ongoing international travel will be required to assess the current situation, build relationships, and design and implement a solution that fits all locations.

Qualifications and experience

You will need experience in a wealth management or investment management environment and be comfortable in the weeds while also able to see the bigger picture and plot an IT strategy to deliver the organisation’s priorities.
