A leading financial services provider in London seeks a Head of Finance to lead the finance function for their Lloyd's operations. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in finance, particularly within the Lloyd's market, and expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards. Location: London (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £150,000

You’ll lead the Finance function for our Lloyd’s operations, including Syndicate 1492 and related group companies. Your role is key to ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with Lloyd’s standards. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, and manage relationships with regulators and external partners. This is a chance to make a real impact in a collaborative team that values innovation and integrity.
Proven leadership experience in finance within the Lloyd’s market.
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
Expertise in financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior level.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational experience.
