Location: London (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £150,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead the Finance function for our Lloyd’s operations, including Syndicate 1492 and related group companies. Your role is key to ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with Lloyd’s standards. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, and manage relationships with regulators and external partners. This is a chance to make a real impact in a collaborative team that values innovation and integrity.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Proven leadership experience in finance within the Lloyd’s market.

  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.

  • Expertise in financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Salary circa £150,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
