A leading UK university is seeking a Head of Department for Computing PG to provide academic leadership and drive excellence in teaching. This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that may require travel to Stratford campus, London. Working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit and an Arden work location may be added to employment contracts.

As Head of Department, you will lead and develop academic staff, drive excellence in teaching and learning, and ensure outstanding student experience and outcomes across Computing programmes. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum development, staff recruitment and development, quality assurance, and strategic planning—ensuring programmes remain innovative, relevant, and aligned with industry and professional expectations.
