We are recruiting for a Head of Customer Engineering to lead a high‑performing technical team at a market‑leading technology company specialising in advanced wireless network solutions for mobility, transport, and defence applications.

This is a high‑impact leadership role working directly with global customers who rely on ultra‑fast, mission‑critical connectivity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Field & Solutions Engineers
  • Own the end‑to‑end technical customer journey from pre‑sales to deployment
  • Act as the senior technical authority in customer engagements
  • Guide product validation, field trials, demonstrations and integration projects
  • Influence product direction by championing customer feedback internally
  • Shape scalable system solutions that accelerate customer adoption worldwide
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership of customer‑facing technical teams (e.g., solutions engineering, field applications, or support)
  • Strong experience in wireless networking, telecoms, or complex embedded systems
  • Hands‑on expertise in networking architecture (L2/L3, VLANs, routing) or wireless system deployment
  • Strong commercial and customer engagement skills – able to communicate complex ideas to both engineers and executives
  • Able to travel internationally as required
  • A passion for innovation and delivering real‑world impact
