A not-for-profit housing association in the United Kingdom is looking for a Head of Communities to support its community engagement strategy and enhance tenancy support services. The role involves collaborating with partners, leading the communities team, and implementing innovative housing projects. Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

You’ve probably worked in a senior housing and communities role so far, as first and foremost you’ll be someone who has a passion for housing. You’ll need to be forward‑thinking, thrive on challenge while leading with integrity, and a manager whose coaching methods really do get the best out of the team.
You Trace’s also likely to have experience of collaborating with partners which will serve you well as you represent Futures Housing Group at relevant partnership meetings across the Group.
