Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing customer-owned stringed instruments with craftsmanship.
• Setting up various guitars for optimum playability and adherence to standards.
• Using the PLEK machine for analysis and fret levelling.
• Discussing service and repair requirements with customers.
• Performing Quality Control inspections and resolving defects.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
