About the Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Palm Beach Hotel

The Palm Beach Hotel is looking for a meticulous Guest Service Attendant focusing on Housekeeping. We need someone with excellent attention to detail to keep our rooms spotless.

You must have good availability for rotational shifts generally from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. If you are reliable and committed to high standards, we want you, Apply Now!

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
  • Making every room feel like home away from home
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
  • Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent requirements:
  • This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
