Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards.
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure public areas are cleaned to brand standards.
• Maintain exterior areas of the hotel and oversee linen delivery.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards and handle cleaning materials correctly.
• Maintain customer care and service responsiveness.
