Publicis Production – Growth Specialist role based in London. Rate: £400 - £600/day depending on experience.

Must Have
- Minimum 10 years experience in the industry and at least 3 in global roles
- Deep understanding of production
- Ability to function at both operational and strategic levels
- Happy to work in a lean team and manner, resourceful, independent
- Ability and willingness to multi-task: adapt and respond to changing requirements
- Experienced with liaising with senior stakeholders worldwide, both inside the company and outside
- Strong understanding of data and technology
Critical skills
This person needs a strong background in production and an understanding of data application and media integration. They will be familiar with the connection between business and marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and communications planning. They will be comfortable briefing research projects and working with analysts to identify growth opportunities and draw stories out of data. They will work with local strategy, production, and global new business teams to build out optimised production strategies and pitch stories.
Success Criteria
- Clear articulation of brands, products, strategy and positioning of Publicis Production globally
- Articulation of a clear GTM proposition leveraged across existing and new client opportunities
- Articulate and drive a clear growth strategy with existing and new clients partnering with other teams within Publicis Groupe
- New business conversion across organic and new, with focus on integrated solutions across Media / Creative / Commerce / Production
- Client retention and satisfaction scores
- Articulate our proposition and drive growth for data driven automation products such as DCO/DCE and content studio
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major pitches domestic, international and global across production and integrated services with production
- Articulate our proposition around production capabilities as a single offering as well as part of a Groupe offering connected to creative, media and commerce, relevant to our clients and agency brands around the world
- Deliver contemporary and modern production narratives – informed by data, that inspire creativity and deliver growth. Role includes direct work with global clients and shaping strategy to raise the bar for the production practice globally
- Support wider Groupe Business Development Leads in forming and running a global new business strategy to raise the quality of production work
- Responsible for the quality and outcome of responses to major global pitches; deliver a cohesive global Publicis production brand positioning
