Qualifications

• Must have experience in Grounds Maintenance.
• Ability to manage people effectively.
• Adaptable to different working techniques.
• Experience with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering scheduled maintenance.
• Take responsibility for on-site work and timekeeping.
• Lead by example, motivating and guiding the team.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and vehicles.
• Execute additional duties as requested by Supervisor.

Skills

Experience in Grounds Maintenance

Good people management skills

Strong work ethic

Experienced using small engine machinery

Good IT knowledge

Clean driving licence

PA1 & PA6 certification

Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
