Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance experience is a must.
• Valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred.
• Must have a can-do attitude; safety-conscious.
• Physically fit to work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local grounds for the Clarion Housing contract.
• Use a ride-on mower and perform pruning, weeding, etc.
• Conduct litter picking and sweeping.
