Job summary

A leading data management company located in Portsmouth is seeking a Graphical Data Editor for a full-time position. The role focuses on digitising mapping data and ensuring compliance with policies. Overview

Graphical Data Editor – Digitisation DDU (2 year FTC)

Portsmouth | £25.6k - £29.9k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications)

Responsibilities
  • Accurately updating SGNs mapping data
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with Ops and Construction regions, Maximo data capture teams and the Error Management (DR4) team to ensure high quality of data is recorded
  • Prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlines
What you’ll need
  • The overall purpose of the role is to digitise incoming as laid information based on operationally completed work from site onto GIS, and to ensure it is done so in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Understanding of D+30 requirement (this will be covered in a new starter’s training)
  • Awareness of Error Management (DR4) procedures (this will be covered in a new starter's training)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Good communication skills
  • GIS experience is preferred (but not essential)
