Graduate Trainee Site Manager
Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee Site Manager will support the delivery of high-voltage electrical distribution projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards. This role provides hands‑on experience in site management, project coordination, and technical operations within the power distribution sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising site activities for HV electrical distribution projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Learn and apply technical knowledge of HV systems, including switchgear, transformers, and cable installations.
  • Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for project handover.
Skills and Experience
