We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative structural solutions across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Position

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to structural designs across a variety of challenging, high-profile projects
  • Work on both permanent and temporary works, ensuring all solutions are robust, creative, and buildable
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure design is implemented correctly during construction
  • Solve real-world engineering problems with a blend of creativity and technical knowledge
  • Assist with tender documentation and contribute to project bids
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within project scope
  • Monitor design standards, health & safety, legal, and environmental compliance
  • Work on iconic and meaningful engineering projects across the UK and globally

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Must-Haves:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (BEng or MEng) in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Solid knowledge of structural design in steel and reinforced concrete
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and achieving Chartered status
  • Understanding of current Codes of Practice, Eurocodes, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Effective communicator—able to build strong relationships with clients and teams alike
