Graduate Scheme – Business Consultant

We are inviting newly qualified or recently graduated candidates to join our 2026 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate Programme. The role is designed for graduates from diverse subject backgrounds, trained to become client‑facing business consultants rather than traditional tech specialists.

Role Overview

• Associate Business Consultant – initial 6‑month office‑based training in Nottingham, followed by opportunities across the UK.
• Work on real ERP and digital transformation projects, gaining hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with local and global teams during initial hands‑on training and consultancy projects.
• Progress through a clear career path from Associate Consultant to Principal Consultant or Lead Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Establish yourself as a respected Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant.
• Become an expert in chosen business field and a trusted advisor to clients.
• Provide consultancy expertise across the project lifecycle of ERP implementations.

Qualifications & Essentials

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for the first 6 months of training.
• Proactive, confident, with strong commercial focus and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad; ability to drive with a vehicle.
