Role Title: Graduate Project Manager

Location: Southampton

Start Date: September 2026

Company: Tetra Tech Europe

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Project Management Team at Tetra Tech, working with high-performing teams across water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development sectors. You will deliver high-quality services across the full project lifecycle, supporting multiple projects for a range of high-profile clients and collaborating with UK Tetra Tech disciplines.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in delivering projects across a value range of £1m to £500m in Public and Private sectors
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensuring internal governance is adhered to
  • Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects
  • Assisting in the development of works and resource management
  • Controlling project costs
  • Managing project risk
  • Facilitating project progress meetings with the project team
  • Implementing change control management
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance
  • Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or a construction-related degree
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications (required): Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications (preferred): Teams, Project
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, professional and ethical in business approach
  • Team player who can deliver multiple projects to deadlines while forming effective relationships
  • Suitability for Security clearance
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas if required
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and ideally access to a vehicle
