Working within a team environment you will support development teams by assisting with the provision of a multi‑disciplinary consultancy service for Sweco’s developer clients. You will work on Civil Infrastructure engineering projects including development schemes (designing highways, SuDS, levels, earthworks, etc.), land regeneration and remediation engineering (ground models, geotechnical and geology etc.) and assist the wider engineering team. Projects span many exciting sectors, including Energy, Logistics and Data storage.

Structured masterclasses focus on fundamental skills, internal insight, and functional expertise, helping fast‑track your development as you pursue professional accreditation. The programme builds your confidence early in your career and gives you a platform for genuine impact within Sweco.
You’ll be assigned a workplace mentor and a SCE (Supervising Civil Engineer) who will help to support your progress toward professional recognition with the ICE. You’ll receive a permanent position with an industry‑standard salary and benefits package, including 25 days holiday, a great pension and life assurance.
