• No OOH commitment but available locally if wished.
• Approx 2000 patients covering a geographical area of around 222 square miles
• Vision and Docman computer systems
• Cluster linked FCP, Community Link worker, Community Nursing team, Primary Care pharmacy support and Primary care Mental Health worker
• Locality linked Midwifery and Health visiting teams
• High patient satisfaction scores in Health and Care Experience Surveys.

Seeking fixed term locum ( 3-6 months) GPs to provide 6-10 sessions
