Why Join Us?

If you have a passion for "prevention rather than cure" and lifestyle medicine, this could be the role for you!

Whether you’re focused on general practice or advanced health-screening, you’ll have the tools to deliver a truly personalised care. Many of our GPs also run specialist clinics in areas like menopause, neurodiversity, and men’s health. Our GP's also enjoy attending a vast array of CPD events outside of work; learning, networking and socialising with other members of the team.

Some of our GP's go on to study the Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine or Occupational Health with us.

What You’ll Do
  • Comprehensive primary care for a mainly adult population who actively invest in their health.
  • As a GP, you’ll engage with patients, explore their medical history, address concerns, perform examinations, arrange investigations, provide guidance, prescribe, discuss medical options, treatments, and deliver expert advice.
  • Advanced health screenings, lifestyle & coaching conversations: Use extended appointment times to explore patients’ goals, support behaviour change, and develop actionable health plans.
  • Perform procedures such as taking bloods, vaccinations, smear tests, prescribing, antenatal checks and ECG's.
What We Offer
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service
  • Private pension with increasing contributions
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay
  • Life Assurance & Critical Illness cover
  • Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work scheme
  • Corporate discounts and wellbeing perks
  • Career development: Internal and external courses, specialist clinics, leadership programmes, and CPD opportunities.
  • Paid Indemnity
  • Up to 5 days paid study leave
About You
  • GMC registered and on the GP register (performers list not required).
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • A proactive, patient-first approach with a genuine interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine coaching.
  • Training provided on 'Advanced' Health Screening.
