Job summary

A leading relocation consultancy in London is seeking a Global Mobility / Relocation Consultant to coordinate relocation processes for multinational clients. The successful candidate must have previous experience in global mobility or relocation, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with work-from-home flexibility. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

  • Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full relocation process for multinational clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families.
  • Ensure all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines.
  • Maintain the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Promote and cross-sell the company's services.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

The Background

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the relocation of assignees whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the full relocation process on behalf of multinational clients, balancing the company's requirements with the assignee's needs.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process.
  • Ensuring that all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines.
  • Maintaining the database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Actively promoting and cross selling the company\'s services.
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous global mobility or relocation experience is essential
  • A minimum of a diploma level qualification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
