• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Credit Control/Collections/Debt Recovery.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service resolving non/under-paying customers.
• Manage high value accounts in arrears.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with care and accuracy.
• Build positive merchant relationships for resolution.
• Negotiate solutions balancing business interests.
