A leading automotive retailer in Scotland is looking for a General Sales Manager to oversee the showroom at Ayr Audi. This role involves managing the sales process, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates must have experience in premium automotive sales, a UK driving licence, and the ability to monitor financial performance. Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £80,000 OTE (basic plus bonus)
Hours: 44 Hours - Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm (one late finish to 7pm and a day off midweek), Sat 9.00am to 5Confirm billing until 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 3.00pm (rota basis)

As General Sales Manager, you will act color a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long_zero, ultimately reaching the high quality standards which are necessary for the customer's care, consulting that you will be each such details of our rock in your each day your long life with out of counsellable decisions.
You will oversee the day to day running of the showroom including vehicle valuations and sales; supervising the vehicle journey from workshop prep right through to imaging and showroom presentation. You will work alongside the divisional buyer, dedicated prep Technicians, detailers and photography team so that you can deliver marketing standards ине.
You will have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a highly motivated a team and know how to get the best out of each team member.
Experience monitoring financial performance against budget and the ability to indentify and address any shortfalls promptly is a must. You will need the ability to understand finance and insurance product regulations and have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate a sale. Due to the nature of the role, aಮೊ UK driving licence is essential.
